Due to the unique nature of having a custom ordered product, no ‘one button fits all.’ It is important to get a few extra details from you. Occasionally it is necessary to communicate for follow-up questions to get you the best product we can make for you.

Occasionally, people may suffer a rash/allergic reaction due to the mix of essential oils with synthetic, petroleum based personal care products that have leeched into the skin.

Of particular concern are potentially hazardous and synthetic fragrances, including methylene chloride, methyl isobutyl ketone, and methyl ethyl ketone, which can react with essential oils. The result can be a severe case of dermatitis or even septicemia.

Keep in mind that every batch of every product is made individualy, and as such may vary in texture and appearance. Although we always have a wide variety of carrier and essential oils, occasionally we may run out. If this happens to your order, we will let you know, and may (with your permission) substitute other appropriate oils.
